I give talks, lead workshops, consult on products, and help with organizational change and community engagement.

I spent the last 10+ years leading projects and using tech to deliver in Big Law and Magic Circle law firms. I built the project m&anagement lab at Dentons Europe and trained 2000+ legal professionals.

My work is a combination of law, design, technology, systems thinking, and futures studies. I am hands-on and more likely to work with vibecoded prototypes than PowerPoint decks.

I enjoy working with legal departments, law firms, startups, and other organizations that see legal as an enabler and a brand touchpoint.

  • Productivisation of legal services – maturity mapping and intentional service design of end-to-end legal services for both humans and AI

  • Design of Legal Documents – modular contracts or streamlined legal documentation that people use, follow, and engage with – with faster turnaround times, data clarity, and easy maintenance

I run workshops and sprints on Legal Futures, Legal Design, AI Upskilling for Lawyers, and Algorithmic Thinking

All my teaching is hands-on, prototype driven, and using real tools. I often use custom tools to get the message across.
